Zutaten
- 300g Nudeln nach Wahl
- 4-6 Champignons
- 4-6 getrocknete Tomaten
- 8-10 Datteln
- 1 großes Glas Erbsen
- 1 Knoblauchzehe
- 1 Zwiebel
- Prise Chiliflocken
- 400g passierte Tomaten
- frischer Basilikum
- Salz & Pfeffer
- Olivenöl
- frisch geriebener Käse (z.B. Parmesan, Gouda)
Ablauf
Knoblauch und Zwiebeln fein würfeln. Olivenöl in die Pfanne geben und Zwiebeln und Knoblauch anbraten. Gekochtes Wasser in den Topf geben und salzen. Nudeln al dente kochen. Datteln, getrocknete Tomaten und Champignons klein schneiden und mit den Erbsen in die Pfanne geben. Alles gut vermengen. Anschließend die passierten Tomaten dazugeben und Chiliflocken ergänzen. Einen halben Becher Nudelwasser auffangen und hinzufügen. Mit Salz & Pfeffer abschmecken und mit Käse und frischem Basilikum servieren.
