- 4 Zucchinis
- Handvoll getrocknete Tomaten in Öl
- 250g Feta Würfel
- Frischer Basilikum
- Fingerfood-Spieße / Zahnstocher
- Olivenöl
- SALDORO Salz und Pfeffer
Ablauf
- Backofen vorheizen auf 175 Grad Umluft Zucchini mit einem Sparschäler in lange dünne Scheiben schneiden.
- Mit Olivenöl, Salz und Pfeffer marinieren und für 5 Minuten in den Backofen geben.
- Getrocknete Tomaten halbieren. Feta bei Bedarf würfeln.
- Zucchini Blätter auf einem Schneidebrett geben und ein Kreuz bilden. Feta, getrocknete Tomaten in die Mitte geben und nach innen einschlagen.
- Mit dem Fingerford-Spieß/Zahnstocher fixieren und im Backofen bie 50 Grad warm halten.
- Zum servieren jeweils mit einem Basilikum Blatt dekorieren.
